Your first visit
At an Initial Orthodontist Consultation, photos of your teeth & jaws will be taken to help assess your needs & goals. One of our Specialist Orthodontists will then complete a thorough examination of your unique smile to determine the best treatment plan for you. If x-rays are required, they can be taken in our rooms for maximum convenience. Your Specialist Orthodontist will then design a bespoke treatment plan for you, & provide you with an individualised quote & payment options.
At a Free Clear Aligner Assessment, our Treatment Coordinator will provide you with information about clear aligner treatment, as well as the associated costs & payment options. They will be able to determine if you could benefit from clear aligners & answer any questions you might have.
Should you wish to commence treatment immediately, our staff will take a digital impression of your teeth to start the treatment process. Otherwise, you are welcome to proceed with treatment at a later date. You are under no obligation to start treatment with us should you decide orthodontic treatment is not for you.
Initial Consultation Fees
An Initial Orthodontist Consultation is $178 for children & $207 for adults. This fee includes photos of your teeth & jaws, time with one of our Doctors, a bespoke treatment plan, individualised quote & payment options, & time for detailed discussion with our treatment coordinator.
A Free Clear Aligner Assessment with a Treatment Coordinator is free, & also includes an individualised quote & payment options.
If a low dose i-CAT x-ray is required as part of an initial orthodontist assessment or Free Clear Aligner Assessment, any associated fees will be discussed with you before any images are taken.

Meeting the team
If you choose to proceed with an Initial Orthodontist Consultation, you will meet with Dr. Christopher Turnock or Dr. Emily Close. If you would prefer to see a specific orthodontist, you can let us know when you fill out your booking form.
If you opt for the Free Clear Aligner Assessment, you will meet with our Treatment Coordinator who will be there to help you every step of the way through clear aligner treatment. You may also get some time to discuss your treatment plan with one of our Specialist Orthodontists.
